The Pluripotent Stem Cell Facility is a fee-for-service core facility dedicated to the growth, derivation, and differentiation of pluripotent stem cells. Services include derivation of human induced pluripotent stem cell lines (iPS cells), derivation of mouse embryonic stem cell lines, training in pluripotent stem cell culture (ES and iPS), consultation on pluripotent stem cell-based experiments, and access to validated pluripotent stem cell reagents including MEFs.
